PromptFlow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension handles your data. Our core philosophy is Local-First, meaning your data stays on your device.

1. Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers. PromptFlow operates entirely within your browser environment.

• Prompts & Content: Any prompts, text, or tags you create are stored locally in your browser's native database (IndexedDB). We do not have access to this data.
• User Accounts: We do not have a user account system. You do not need to log in to use PromptFlow.
• Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to track your usage.

2. Permissions Usage

PromptFlow requires specific permissions to function correctly. Here is how we use them:

• Storage: Used solely to save your prompts and preferences (such as language settings) locally on your device via IndexedDB.
• Clipboard (clipboardWrite): Used to allow you to copy your processed prompts to your system clipboard with a single click or keystroke.
• Context Menus: Used to add the "Save to PromptFlow" option to your right-click menu, allowing you to quickly save selected text from web pages.
• Notifications: Used to provide visual feedback (e.g., "Copied to clipboard" or "Saved successfully").

3. Data Sharing

Since we do not collect your data, we cannot and do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties, advertisers, or government agencies.

4. Data Control and Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• You can edit or delete individual prompts directly within the extension interface.
• Uninstalling the PromptFlow extension from Chrome will permanently delete all locally stored data associated with the extension.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

• 您可以直接在扩展程序界面中编辑或删除单个提示词。
• 从 Chrome 中卸载 PromptFlow 扩展程序将永久删除与该扩展程序相关的所有本地存储数据。
